It is characterized by the presence of 12 textile inserts that ensure the joint a greater mechanical resistance, in addition to the specific characteristics of the cloth and rubber. The minimal pair transmissible is 630 N/m, the maximum one is 180 N/m

Thanks to its excellent characteristics, the elastic clothed joint finds optimal application between shaft motor and driven shaft in the transmission of motion Due to its high deformability and excellent damping it absorbs torsional vibrations, which are the main cause of mechanical organ breakages. It reduces the irregularities of motion. Allows axial and radial displacements, absorbing any slight mounting defects.

Obtained from a selected natural compound, in which are embedded metal inserts with through-hole, that are necessary for mounting on the shafts; this mounting is accomplished by means of two metal flanges mounted at the ends of the above mentioned shafts.
