What are rubber membrane?

High-performance rubber compounds
To ensure optimal performance, Termogomma’s membrane are produced using carefully selected rubber compounds. These include NBR, EPDM, FKM, natural rubber, and silicone, each chosen according to the application’s needs.
Whether resistance to oils, high temperatures, water, or chemical agents is required, we formulate and test every material to meet specific working conditions. Many membrane are also reinforced with fabric inserts (rubber-cloth membrane) to improve dimensional stability, tear resistance, and performance in high-pressure environments.

In-house design and certified manufacturing
Every rubber membrane at Termogomma is designed and produced in-house using state-of-the-art compression and injection moulding techniques. Our experienced R&D team works closely with customers to analyse specifications, select materials, and develop prototypes that are then rigorously tested for flexibility, tensile strength, elasticity, and resistance to fatigue.
