Le barre antivibranti TERMOGOMMA sono state costruite per supportare carichi di lavoro assai elevati e dove normalmente non si possono impiegare “Antivibranti” tradizionali. Le barre antivibranti permettono di adattare qualsiasi forma e misura di basamento al pavimento, per il fissaggio di macchine utensili. Permettono inoltre di fissare direttamente la macchina ricavando successivamente dei fori filettati sulle piastre metalliche. Sono particolarmente indicate per qualsiasi tipo di gruppo elettrogeno, magli, rivettatrici e macchine utensili con alte frequenze di lavoro. Possono sopportare un carico di schiacciamento max. del 15% dell’altezza della gomma. A queste condizioni di lavoro corrisponde un carico sulla gomma di circa 20 kg/cm2. Le barre antivibranti sono state costruite con gomma sintetica di durezza 60÷65 shore A. Vengono prodotte nelle misure indicate in tabella. Per misure particolari o durezza della gomma si prendono in considerazione quantitativi importanti.
TERMOGOMMA antivibrating bars have been built to support very heavy work loads, where normally it’s not possible to use traditional “Antivibranting pads”. The antivibrating bars make it possible to use any size or measure of floor bed for the installation of machine tools. They make it also possible to anchor the machine directly by machining a sequence of threaded holes on the metal plates. They are particularly indicated for any type of power generating sets, power hammers, riveters and machine tools with high operating frequencies. They can support a load of maximum deflections of 15% of thickness of the rubber. These working conditions correspond to a load on the rubber of about 20 kg/cm2. The antivibranting bars are manufactured in synthetic rubber with hardness 60÷65 shore A. They are manufactured to the sizes indicated in the table belowe. In the case of special sizes or rubber hardness only large quantities will taken into consideration.
